I am planning to create a chatbot based on seq2seq model which will be intelligent and think like humans. According to you sir, what would be my approach to create such a chatbot. I am keen whether to go with the pytorch or tensorflow or should use any deep learning framework.

According to you sir, in order to create the chatbot which can do conversation as well as solve mathematical calculation how much data is needed and in which way should I go.
